Two Dog Press strives to ship orders within 48 hours (and we will notify you of any delays either through email or on our online order status page).
Our standard shipping method to domestic destinations within the US is USPS Priority Mail, which usually arrives in three to five business days, except during the busy holiday season. Standard shipping to Canadian destinations is air parcel post, which takes seven to ten days on average. As of May 15, 2004, we no longer offer expedited delivery service (FedEx Overnight and Two-Day delivery). Shipments to overseas destinations go via USPS Global Priority air mail or air parcel post for heavier packages. (We do not ship by boat--it takes too long and, we don't know about yours, but our dogs aren't that patient.) Due to rising shipping costs, we charge an additional shipping surcharge for overseas-bound packages that weigh more than five pounds--the surcharge varies depending on package destination and weight. This surcharge is built into our shipping charges.
Please note that due to customs regulations, we cannot ship meat-based products, such as Sea Jerky and Beef Chews, to destinations outside of North America.
